Property tax can be a real nightmare can't it? If you're still looking to natter to someone who can sort it out for you or give you some advice... then try speaking to Ben Simkins. My declaration of interest is that we have used him ourselves, and that he is also a client of mine and my husband's. I can't post a link to his site because it says my account has to be approved - and I don't know where or how to get that done (note to Elle - go hunting!). But a Google search on his name should bring up his Asesoria site... and on there I think there's a link to his Taxes Online site. He's a real sweetie - and is very approachable. He's based in lanzarote, but does cover mainland Spain.
