save time and money go to www.marbellalink.com down load the n.i.e form then use google translate to fill in the form all you have to pay out 10 euro at the bank and its sorted .but you will have to wait up too 4 hours at the police station for it to be stamp ed.. ( i all most payed 145 eur for it to be done for me )
