How can I get the community administrator to cooperate with me

Jojan:
I would advise you to use burofax ( certified fax issued by the Postal services) if there is a health/safety issue involved and they are not communicating.

Thank you Maria. It appears that the only person they will communicate with is the President it is really frustrating when you cannot get answers to anything. We will try that.

Are you more than 25 percent of the owners or a number of owners representing more than 25% of the community shares?

Hi Maria
We think we understand what you are saying, we would say there are probably more than 25% of owners wanting to know exactly what is going on and why the work that is now a Health and Safety concern has not at least had part of it completed to alleviate the Health and Safety problems.

So, you can ask the President to call an Extraordinary meeting and decide on this. Just majority is needed.

What is the process for making a formal objection about a general meeting?
Let's say no call was sent out! Only a couple of selected individuals attended and decisions were made - one of them was elected as President!
Finally what are the costs involved in persuing this sort of matter??
Remember the title of this thread is about Administrator co-operation or lack of it!
