Expert legal advice is SO important......but learning from those that have experienced the same situation as ones self is invaluable!!!!!
Keep the light on your lighthouse shining bright Faro....warn others about that big rock I hit. It didnt sink my boat...but it hurt!!!!

Can anyone tell me, does it really matter the selling price of the property and would it be cheaper than €1,500 if there is no mortgage. Just a strait simple sale.
