Can anybody help please?

If you have had plans made for a pool to submit to council, is it possible to have a copy as to what is involved and how detailed they need to be.

Not very clear what you are looking for here can you explain a bit more and I may be able to help our company are pool installers

(Based on my own personal experience...) This will vary with each Province and Ayuntamiento. In my Village ALL Building licences have been declared for some years now - including Obra Menor's for excavating holes for  Fibreglass pools - and this includes fully legal properties with Cedulas. Whereas in the next village down the road there are no such restrictions.

    The thing to do is speak with the Town Hall Architect to ask what his requirements are before you submit your Plan, and then get your chosen Pool Intsallation company to help you with this. Chances are that if they are local to you they will already be up to spped with the hoops to jump through.
