Iberdola

Hi can anyone tell me what the billing period for iberdola on the bi-monthly tarrif is, ie if i was billed on 29th September 2010 which period (eg 1/72010 to 27/92010) would that relate to.

Hi,

I have used the online facility for some time now and it is very good once you get around the lack of English on the site, but I must say it is getting better, but you can set up for them to email you when your bill is ready and you can print off the invoice for your records, so dont have any complaints about this service.

How do you signup to use the  online facilty as the website doesn't have any link for the customer to signup? My payment will be direct debit.

Thanks Guy for the link. They still don`t recognise me yet as i haven`t got my 1st bill. They came yesterday to instal the meter.

I`ll wait till they send me a bill.
