Leading Andalucian Building developer Noriega collpases & PRASA to follow suit
The Comments |
According to various Spanish news outlets the house developer firm PRASA is filing for bankuptcy. It follows last week´s announcement of the Noriega filing for bankrupty.
My auntie has paid thousands in advance for an off plan property. Any idea how to claim it back??

Your aunt should discuss with her appointed lawyer.
If she has not got one then I would suggest she finds one.
Also start digging out all paperwork and bank/insurance guarantee etc.
