Has anyone managed to get a refund yet regarding the 35% over-payment CGT paid by non residents? I'm currently waiting to hear, hopefully some good news

You will get yours too, almost everyone I know have been paid!
By the way, the deadline to apply for the rebate is end of this week.

Thanks for your reply, I applied about 18 months ago through a no win no fee firm so hoping to hear something pretty soon
