Hi Cyprus,

You say that the agent is no longer in business. Why don't you name and shame, just a thought in case he is operating somewhere else and someone on the forum knows of his whereabouts. Maybe a long shot but may stop him doing it again to somebody else. People like this must be stopped and I just hope that Maria can help you. Please keep us posted, and again I wish you luck.
