If any of you have your properties for rent with Villarenters/Rental systems, check your availability calendar for dates you have blocked off for your own use.
We have just checked ours on the live calendar and the first and last days of both our holidays have not been blocked off. They were blocked ok when we originally did them, but they have amended their prices to include their administration costs within the booking prices, we not sure if its happened then or not, or when they updated to the new look owners website.
We have deleted our bookings and re booked them and the same error has occurred.
We have emailed them about the error, but it would be awful if some one else booked the first or last day.
To get round it for now we have booked an extra day each side of our dates, so the live calendar looks correct.
