Please could yo help us in locating Wayne Stoneman

We have not heard from my brother  Wayne for over 4 years now. (a) is he still alive and (b) his sister needs him to contact him urgently. Wayne owned a bar in Javea called Bilbos in partnership with a friend of his called  Neil believe who originated from the devon/cornwall area who may still be living in Torrevieja or still have connections in the torrevieja area. My partner Dawn invested in Bilbos with her brother Wayne who has basically done a runner with the cash, quite a considerable sum.  Bit confused as to whether Wayne is your brother or your partners brother.... no doubt those in the area will respond.

You haven't heard from him in 4 years and he's done a runner with a considerable amount of money..... and it's only now that you're concerned?
