Error posting to a community forum

I created a community forum for Urb. Campo Mijas but get an error when trying to post to it. I have reported the error twice through the offered error page but not received a reply. Can anyone help?

Yes, we saw the message.  You've uncovered a bug in the forum which we need to sort, but it means taking the forum offline for a couple of hours, so we'll look to do it this weekend whilst the site is quiet.

Errrm, we are having to make some changes to another part of the site as it impacts the issue which is causing your error.

We're nearly there so hope that next week it will be fixed.

Sorry for the delay.  It's just unfortunately not a simple fix.

The problem stems from the fact that we never made a provision for the site growing to its current size, so we are having to make some major changes behind the scenes to cope with the growing demand and expansion.

We're on the case though.
