I’ve just recently completed on a 2 bed apartment in Medina Elvira - Fairways.
I rejected the offer from Peninsula on their furniture pack which i believed to be sub-standard and was priced extortionately and used another company to the furniture the apartment - which ultimately offered better quality furnishing, more on the inventory list and was a lot cheaper!
Now i have been advised that I'm no longer eligible to enter their 'variable' rental scheme - even though I’m offering a better standard furnishing.
Can anyone recommend a property management company or a cleaning and key holding service that operates in the Granada area?
