Hi everybody, have just come across this site. Husband and I are about to complete on an apartment in Khios block. Has very nice view and flat seems well finished. However, does anybody know what happended to the tennis courts that were promised. Also the direct access onto the golf course and cascading waterfalls connecting the swimming pools. These were advertised in a brochure we still have. We are also very concerned that the site will not be finished for two years according to many on this site. Also the community charges seem very high indeed. Have spoken to other property owners who say their community charges are nowhere near as high. Can they just charge what they like?. My husband is going out to spain next week to have another look and speak to the lawyer. Hope to hear from you all soon. Liza

We have bought on phase two of Coto Real and this is due to be finished in Dec 2007, we are going over in July for a week to see how it's doing.

Hi Dennis and Maureen. My husband was out in spain two weeks ago. Unfortunately it seems it is still a building site and the building directly in front of our development now has electricity pillons. Where are the tennis courts and the access on to the golf course. We are in Kios block which has a very good view over golf and sea. Think it will all be ok when finished. We are unsure how to get on to the Cota Real forum.
