boat owner laws in spain/canaries ?

29 Mar 2011 12:00 AM by bluefox . 50 posts Send private message hola ! any boat owner's out there ? i have a 5.5 mtr quicksilver commander, and i've been trying to find out what exactly the law is on, that is it compulsary to have insurance, and compulsary to have a "driving licence" ? i know that in the u.k. & ireland with an off-sure vessel you don't, but you do with ocean going, navigation etc. any info would be very appreciated, thank's. b.f. 0 Like Spam post or abuse?
