aportacion obligatoria

Hi, I have an holiday apartment in Spain, not long since completed the purchase and was just checking my bank balance with Cajamar, and was shocked to see less money in there than expected, a closer look and there have been 3 transactions for 61,00 euros for 'aportacion obligatoria' and one under adeudo - liquidacion anulacion, does anyone know what these are??...

The 1st is a mandatory contribution, the 2nd is debt and the 3rd is a clearance cancellation.  I don't know what any of them mean, but if you take a closer look at who has taken the money it might give you some idea.  Also if they are "unathorised" deductions from your account and have been carried out within the last 30 days, just contact your bank/visit and ask them the reclaim the money for you until you can sort the matter out.
