Nuclear Incident at Valencia?

It seems that Spain has its own nuclear incident; it happened at Cofrentes nuclear power plant earlier today, the 19th. I wonder when it will become a public information issue. The loss of 4,000litres a day, which should not be happening is sure a matter of concern? Valencia isn’t that far away from most of us.
