long term rental ??????????

Hi i am just wondering if anyone has a property which they have for sale and maybe arent having much luck with selling and would consider renting long term or any one who knows of any long term lets?
We are looking for propertys around San Miguel area but will look at anything needs to be 3/4 beds We have no pets just 3 well behaved children and will pay up to 1000 euros maybe a bit more for the right property. :)

As always: Have your contract reviewed by a lawyer and submitt it to arbitration rather than Courts: two small tips which might save you thousands of euros!
