We bought our property in the year 2000 and over the next 2 years we completly refurbed the property ,built walls up, put pool in, added another floor all of which we applied and got planning permission for. We recieved a letter from the suma office this week quoting the reference on our planning permission and asking us to supply a whole list of things to enable us to complete form 902 to become legal?????? i am told the suma office surveyed our area over the last 2 years and anyone who has extended has recieved one of these letters. I have also been told that these requirements were not needed when we did our refurbishment. We are pensioners on a limited income and this is sounding very expensive. Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to go about this???
