I was recomended to use EXPAT SHIELD. It works.It is a Free Download.

I am glad I came across this thread - my six year old has been driving me up the wall here in Alicante. Looked at all the suggestions, decided to try uktvaccess as a couple of posters recommended and hey prestor we got BBC kids shows now! Great community thanks
