Are you able to help please?
Is there any independent spanish legal body to which the minutes of, and therefore the actual meeting of a community can be referred for the purpose of declaring a meeting nul & void on the grounds of an illegal vote i.e. voting to suspend the proxy votes held by one individual, but allowing other members of the community to use proxy votes held by them at an EGM. Those attending the meeting were advised at the time by the appointed administrator, that to suspend such proxy votes would be illegal but nevertheless bowed to pressure from those attending the meeting and allowed the 'illegal' votes.
Secondly, can anyone advise me whether it is accepted practice to allow Minutes of an EGM to be discussed and approved / rejected at a subsequent EGM and not by the official AGM.
Any official help would be appreciated.
