We have lived on Mojon Hills for three years, and we love it. What you are paying for is position - the 20 kilometre seaviews and the sunsets. As with any development - re-sale prices are all over the place. But as said earleir you can get a good mortgage deal.

 I agree guy,i love them as well,an agent friend of mine has sold quite a few last year,he is good friends with the builder........I think the last client he sold to had to find about 12k to complete....not many deals like that around in this climate!!

 I assume that is better paying 100K for a well positionated one  than 50k for a depressing one.

 very true,everything has its price,it's better to have the panoramic sea views at mojon for 100k than a view of the bins for 50k.............

we own a property on phase 4B at Mojón Hills Resort, and have also sold to a couple of friends.  The best value for Money you can get out there right now. Panoramic views from all terraces, we own a penthouse but you also get views from lower levels. We took the 107% finance also, this includes the sales price + VAT. Very easy and smooth.

You just can´t compare Mojón with other developments like Country Club o Condado, sorry... If you contact the developers, bluemedinvest, please tell them you have spoken to Mr.Phillips B6 (for my finders fee  :-)     )

 we only needed 3K Sterling to complete + solicitors, all apartments have this deal !!

 hi everyone we are looking on Phase 4, B5 apartment, views are amazing but we are concerned that internal size maybe too small, does anyone have an views on this? all the best, great forum ! Chris
