Lomas del Golf

 Hi 

anyone knows Lomas del Golf ?  (should be near the natural parc of La Mata Torrevieja.

bad and good but sincere opinions

and/or

positive or negative motivated comments will be much appreciated

as I try to evaluate it.

 I've been passed it and looked at a couple of houses there a few years ago.  It's not near the La Mata park, though.  It's on the opposite side of Torrevieja and nearer to Villamartin unless (always possible) there are more than one Lomas del Golfs..  They've built some supermarkets there with some restaurants and have done the road (widened it, put in roundabouts etc) around there.  I'm sure someone who lives there will give you some advice.  The thing that put us off was that it was rather smelly when the wind was in the wrong direction due to a landfill site nearby and the farmers slurry on the fields.  This may have all changed now as it has been built up a bit more.  About  5 minutes drive to the beaches at Campoamar, La Zenia etc which are very nice and there is a regular bus service which goes in a loop through Villamartin, El Galan, Lomas del Golf, the beaches mentioned, Playa Flamenca etc. 

The Lomas del Golf that I know is near the Plaza at Villamartin, fairly dated now apartments selling very cheaply, 2 storey blocks with communal facilities
