Children Natural Comics!
Recently my partner and me together with my brother, his partner and their 6-year-old Chloe, took our camper to Tarifa for a weekend.
My brother sent Chloe to the campsite shop to buy a baguette, adding that we’d be at the site office booking in. The shop was out of baguettes, so they sold her a sliced loaf (yuek!).
When Chloe arrived back at the camper, she decided to go to the site office (75m) to meet us. Not knowing what to do with the loaf of bread, she considered leaving it on the table next to the camper, but fearing that the birds might peck at it she then decided a much better solution would be to post it slice by slice thru the slightly open window of the camper. She did that and then met us on our way back from the site office.
When we discovered what she’s done, we had mixed views as to the competence of her decision.
2 of us thought that posting the bread, showed great lateral thinking, whilst the other 2 wondered whether we should call in a developmental psychiatrist.
In the end we all sat down and had dinner plus a bit too much wine and laughed ourselves silly over the incident. We still haven’t managed to agree as to whether Chloe’s solution would have won “The Apprentice” or got her Fired!
What do you think about 6 year old Chloe’s solution?
