We are looking for somewhere to live. Definately not in a resort and probably not on the coast. Definately somewhere very quiet and possibly quite remote, we currently live eight kilometers from the nearest village!
What we can offer you. We have cash immediately available and are willing to pay in any currency which suits the vendor. Our view of what we buy is still open on location, condition and price. We will view the total deal in relation to our needs. If you haven't yet decided absolutely to sell we will even consider a lease or long term let with options on both sides. We'll consider taking on all of the costs associated with the property, even your car, if you have one. Any imaginative deal will be seriously considered, even shared equity.
What we need from a property depends on how habitable it is currrently. If it is in move in condition then we must have at least two bedrooms, a large lounge, sensible heating, a workable kitchen and a good bathroom. After that we can be quite flexible.
A secure water and power supply must be available or achievable as must a good internet connection for any property we consider..
