I was wondering if ANYONE has received a refund from either the Developer, the bank or their negligent lawyer.

We won our case for return of our deposits ( around 100K Euros) in November 2010 but so far have not had any money and it is almost four years since we first asked a solicitor to help us.

I know that a number of cases against Sol Mijas Developers were successful...........so has anyone actually got their money back?

If so , did you have a Bank Guarantee or not AND who was the lawyer who successfully got your money back?

Thank you in advance for your replies.

After receiving various PRIVATE messages I am led to believe SMD, the developers last involved with La Condesa, have gone into administration and there will be a creditors meeting in mid May.

Can anyone confirm or discount this?

Today´s check of companies under creditor´s meeting does not show Sol Mijas Developers in that status.

technologia urbanistica was forced into administration in march of this year 22/03/2012 . the thirty days for registering as a creditor are now over.
