Does lingue or multi language Birth Certificate and Capacidad. from Germany Town Hall need Apostilled.before it would be accempt in spain for marriage process. please help us we are comfuse

 not sure but think would need to be legalised by relavent german govenment authority first to prove it is legal before it would be accepted in another country

It needs apostille.

Any foreign official document to have its force in Spain needs " an international validation". In case of countries which signed the Hague Convention, this validation is made through the Hague Apostille
