Iberdrola online logout

Does anybody know how to make a logout after a session of online billing. Iberdrola told me that I should press desconectar on the right upper corner but I can not find it. Thanks for your help.

Having logged on, towards the top the screen there is a long green bar with 'Iberdrola' on the left and  'Buscar' on the far right. Beneath Buscar is  [ Desconectar]  - this is where you click here to signoff.

At the very very  top of the screen on the right hand side you will either have the word Espanol or maybe English. If you have English shown click on it, it will change to Espanol and the Deconectar will change to Sign Out.

If this isnt shown on your screen you have a problem !!

The monitors from my two computers show nothing underneath Buscar.

 The word desconectar appears in brackets and in orange. When my  browser is on full screen,  the word is approximately one inch below Buscar.

If you do not have it there, it could be the result of a different browser configuration but do look for it elsewhere on the page.  It should be there.  Please remember, though, that to get the word desconectar first you must have logged in your particular client area.  If you are not logged in, the word (desconectar) is, indeed, missing.
