Our AGM has just been held.
Not all members of the community were notified. Some were notified by letter, some were notified by e-mail and some dropped through the net. Should the meeting have gone ahead? Are notifications by e-mail allowed?
The agenda did not include a discussion of a budget for the next 12 months expenditure. The agenda did require a vote on the past six months expenditure.
The agenda also did not include a vote on the election/re-election of a President. I was led to beleive that an elected term is only for 12 months.
Items that were requested to be included on the agenda were ignored.
The President pays her husband to do maintain the pool. The money is paid in cash without written receipts. The husband is not an 'automno / self-employed'. Is the community liable for social security payments for this man?
Looking through the forums it seems that most communities are a continuing headache for their members.
