Finally, a day I thought I might never see. Maria and her fantastic team have won our case and our deposit on El Patio and our costs have been refunded and the money's in the bank.
We changed to Costaluz Lawyers after things on El Patio went very wrong and our previous lawyer insisted nothing could be done. Well, we followed Maria’s advice and she was absolutely correct.
I am so relieved and grateful to Costaluz Lawyers who have been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the long legal process.

But not Off-Plan!!
And only with a very good conveyancing Lawyer for a well priced resale property on a completed urbanisation with full title deeds, no debts, first occupation licence issued, well looked after complex, good president and where everybody pays their community fees!!
Do things in Spain as you would do in the UK. Learn from past mistakes and remember if it is too good to be true.....then walk away and look at a different property.
Then you can have a great holiday home or permanent residence!
Spain has a lot to offer - but always remember 'Buyer Beware'.

That is a truly great result with deposit,interest and costs all being returned.
Positive outcomes in these cases is now gathering momentum. When justice is consistently ' seen to be done'
then buyers may return to the market.But as Keith points out,'Buyer beware' etc.,
