I am resident in Europe and thinking of buying an appartement up to 100'000 Euros in Barcelona city in the areas of Diagonal mar, Poblenou, Villa Olmpic, etc... I will eventually use this appartement as a vacation home for Winter period (November to April) and will not generate any revenue while living there. Therefore, there will be no tax declaration.
Could any one please tell me approximately how much annuel fixed (all taxes) and variable costs (electricity, heatings) would I have to consider for a such a property?
1 - Income tax for non-residents who do not rent out their property (IRNR) = €264 ?
2 - Wealth tax : less than €700,000 = €0
3 - Municipal property tax (IBI) = ?
4 - Other taxes (rubbish collection) = ?
5 - home insurance?
6 - Electricity, water, heating for 6 months (November to April) = ?
7 - Maintenance, service charges = ?
7 - Any other taxes= ?
