Keeping fit in Spain - local gyms

I am going to retire in March 2013 and I will be spending much more time in Spain. I can envisage my waistline gradually expanding unless I establish a fitness regime. My house is halfway between San Javier and Murcia city. The nearest small towns are Balsicas and La Tercia. Does anyone have any information on local gyms that I could use. Very grateful for any information.
