Nueva Sierra De Altomira Urbanisation

Does anyone know this area and the immediate surroundings well? I know it is a very rural urbanisation but information on the internet is very basic and of little help. I want to know all about it and will keep searching myself...but my main questions are :

1) Are water tanker deliveries available in this area and is the urb easily accessible for them roadwise? If so does anyone know the approximate cost of 2,000litres delivered?

2) Are gas deliveries available, again with easy access for the trucks?

3) I know there are good shopping facilities some distance away (Tarancon/Cuena/Guadalajara) but is there a shop/supermarket, bank and garage in the area nearer than these towns/cities?

4) Could I encounter any "strange/dangerous animals" in these mountains?

5) Any idea of the urb fees/facilities if any?
