Spain keeps turning down dollars

 First, Spain never gave me a one-year retirement visa. 

 That has nothing to do with government policies, the policy not to accept foreign credit cards or ship books abroad is a company policy.  The government encourages export sales but it is up to each business to decide if they want to do it or not.

Yes, that is right, this has nothing to do with government policies. 

I found a French site called Fnac.es. I can order the book there and have it shipped anywhere in the world. The cost to ship the 19,95€ book to the USA is 32,33€. :-( Maybe that is why the original company didn't even try to do worldwide shipping. I would invest in downloads to Kindles, et.al. BTW, the book is called "Conditionals, No Problem" by Richard Vaughan; he can be found on YouTube.
