Return of deposit

I'd like to hear from anyone who has had their deposit returned through the courts by way of bank guarantee. Someone posted recently on this subject/success but I can't find the post. I'd appreciate a link to that post if anybody out there knows of it. Many thanks

Hi Bunty, if you go into the " Residencial Santa Ana del Monte forum " on Eye on Spain then you should find what you are looking for. The two law firms that are pro-active with this issue are Costaluz Lawyers and GM Legal experts.
