Hi I am about to buy a second hand car in spain,can anyone help me with the process in buying,I live in the UK but have a holiday home in Spain,also is there anyone who can do the transfer of ownership while I am in the UK.

Yes of course there are people who can take care of the transfer papers. In Spain they are referred to as "Gestores". You need to speak to one before you purchase the car, have them check out the registration number to make sure the car is "clean" and there are no debts tied to the vehicle and that it is possible to transfer the vehicle in the first place.
