Scottish power/iberdrola

I read a post a while ago that said you can get electricity at a reduced rate if you have a Scottish power account in the UK and an Iberdrola account in Spain
I can't find this offer on either Iberdrola or Scottish Power websites
has anyone got a link ?

If you give Iberdrola a call they will be able to tell you what offers are available.
Excellent service in English if you don't speak Spanish
