Vetting a Lawyer

Hi

Has anyone had dealings with Ruiz Diaz Torres Solicitors based in London, Dublink, Alicante, Canary Islands and Malaga. We want to return our property in Marbella to the bank as we cannot make the mortgage payments.  This company have said they will deal direct with the bank and sort everything out and we just walk away.  I know this sounds too good to be true or is it?

 They are talking about a dacion where the bank takes back the property and releases you from any outstanding debt , it can be done but there are strict conditions .

I have not heard of this company and I live in Marbella

I contacted this company by phone and spoke to Ruiz Diaz Torres and he sounded interested in my case and asked me to email some information over to him which was on 2 August 13 and has never bothered to respond back to me. It seams all Spanish Law firms only want to take your money and that’s all there good for and it doesn’t make any difference it the company is in Spain as I have had so many problems with CBL Carlos Bano in Spain, which is why I tried to find a law firm in the UK with Spanish contacts.
