Best Sausages in Spain ?? . It could be... Camposol Butcher shop ...Sector A

With all this talk of "Findus Horseburgers" it makes you wonder what you might be buying in Supermarkets in Spain. Lots of people might be purchasing "Ready Meals" for quickness, but do we really know where the Meat is originally from ? .
I know we will increase our shopping trips to the local Butcher Shop in Spain who sells the best "Cumberland Sausages" we every tasted.
As least Butchers should do better out of this shambles.

If anyone lives in the Chiclana, Cadiz, Jerez area do try Litchfields the English butcher in Chiclana (661971462) His meat is superb and only sourced in Spain. We drive down from Jerez to buy from him. Last weekend was a superb piece of shoulder end of pork loin, could not be bettered in the UK. We also bought his fresh lamb and beef mince, stewing beef and sausages. The quality is superb. Everyone should try and support independent butchers where ever we live. Sadly the supermarkets have put pay to them certainly in Marlow. Very sad indeed.

Agreed Marlow Jen .. if we all learn at least enough Spanish to order Beef(carne de res), Pork(carne de puerco), Lamb (cordero), sausages( ? ) Chicken(Pollo) Veal (came de termara ) etc
Support butchers shops in Spain as well that would help.
Any translations of other butchers products the would help too.
