I need someone to help me with this problem, ie a translator based in central Barcelona near Endesa Elecrics Office.
Like many I am having a problem with the Endesa Billing System, I have owned the above apartment since 2007 and never had a bill sent to my home address, this even after visits with translators to there HQ in Fuerteventura in Puerto Rosario.
A fairly simple request you would think??? please can I have bills to my home address in the UK and sent to my email??? dead easy, not in Spain or with Endesa.
1. How do I start the process with your selves?
2. Do I need a Buliten if I am a Landlord, I have not been asked to provide one by my agent.
3. The bills are in my name, will my Solicitor of been provided with a Buliten to get the bills in my name?
4. I have tried to open an online account with Endesa, but I hit the go button and after it finally accepts everything on the form it say's you cant have 2 accounts in the same name, I dont have 2 accounts, is this something you can assist with??
