hi, does anyone know the law on working on your own home at weekends/fiestas. is there an actual number in the spanish law that says you can't do this. ie - use garden hoover, hoover off garden furniture, cut a few tiles outside, lay a patio. i know you have to have licence for reforms etc. but if you work in the week, how and when are you expected to do anything.
our spanish and german neighbours have the music on loud, have workman arrive to do things ,but it seems the english are not allowed and get told off. very frustrating.
