belgium/french pesion?

hello to all members please can anyone give me advice on this ? my wife is spanish iam english she is in receipt of a small pension from belgium / france every year ok in order to keep getting this each year she needs to sign papers to get it can she have it paid into her bank account in england ? any advice please kindest regards arthur
