Court case against La Caixa / Trampolin Hills

Sorry to hear you have lost the Provincial Court Appeal against La Caixa in your group action.
What reason did the Appeal Court Magistrates give for confirming the First Instance Sentence in favour of the Bank?
You do now have the right to file a Cassation Appeal with the Supreme Court.

Keith, is a Cassation Appeal the last resort? Also, will it prove costly? Thanks.

Yes, a Cassation Appeal to the Supreme Court is the final stage within the Spanish legal system for this type of case. After that, if you are not happy with the Sentence it may be possible to take the case to the European Courts..........
With regards to costs I don't know. It all depends what legal fee agreement you have with your Lawyer and the Procurator.
The only good news is that Court Taxes (Tasas Judiciales) were abolished earlier this year so you will not have to pay this on any Supreme Court appeal now..........
