Food for thought perhaps? p.s. Just spotted an astute observation from someone in relation to this, it read " Although local and regional banks can make mistakes as well. Witness the Spanish cajas & caixas, which went wild lending to property developers during the construction boom. It didn't work out so well for them. " How true. Surely there has to be far greater regulation with fully independent monitoring systems in place before we can regain trust in ANY banking organisation?.
