hi is there anybody out there who were with huma mederraneo in 2004, after waiting 4 yrs for our place to be built. we was asked to change to taburnes site, which was going to take `18  months to complete. it was my husbands dream. but 9 years on ,not a brick been laid. unfortunately my husband has died, so he didn't see his place in the sun. I am having to fight my case. I don't no what to do. we have paid 86,000 euros, I have got 3 bank gurrantees,but there for the place in almanzorro. thanks a lot, Janice from Doncaster.

 Go into the Almanzora country club forum.  Huma Mediteraneo are bankrupt I believe.  There is some advice about how to make a claim against them.   I am so sorry that this has not been resolved for you.

I am so sorry to hear how awful this all has been for you. I wish you well with your struggle. I do have some understanding of the feelings you have when you've been swindled, and how terrible that your husband had to put up with this and how dreadful for you to still face this travesty of justice. I hope that some people who have knowledge of all this can help you in a practical way. I'm sure you will get some help from this site.
