Action group against CAM Bank/Huma-Cuevas de Almanzora Club

My name is Bernard and I was wondering if there is an action group trying to claim their deposit from CAM Bank/Huma for the failure to complete the Cuevas de Almanzora Club.
It will be very helpful to me to hear from others who may be in a similar situation i.e. trying to get back the deposit paid to CAM bank and was not given a bank guarantee.
I have currently a lawyer helping me but he advised it would be useful to find out if there is anyone who was ever given a bank guarantee by CAM bank in this development.

We are working againsyt several financial institutions in Huma. I am sure some other good lawyers are too.
