Snagging List Recommendations

I'm looking for a company to do a snagging list (property in Costa Del Sol area). Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with any of the following:

We used Gibsons for our snagging a couple of months ago and he was 100% missed nothing and worth every penny. Fully recommend.

We used propersi and Phillip was excellent. Communicative, prompt, detailed, no problem.
