Hi there,
We won our case at the Court of First Instance and the insurance company appealed. In September, it will be two years since we won and the appeal has still not been heard. Our lawyers are Costa Luz and communication from them is pretty poor but we're still waiting with fingers crossed!!

Hi skc247
What development did you pay the deposits on ?

Hi
It was Cortijo del Mar outside Marbella. Original builder went bust and new developer changed the completion deadlines and then missed them. This was in 2007/8.......and we are still waiting for the final outcome.

Skc47:
A member of the team has sent an update to you today. It took a long time for the Courts to set a date for Appeal so... possibly more than poor communciation with CostaLuz Lawyers, the issue is low speed by Courts
Anyway... apart from the general updates 3 times a year, we send notifications of all relevant events to clients. We keep the improvement and are sending a poll soon so you can make your suggestions.
We have got Keith Rule now with is and he is marking higher levels for our clients care services!
Cheers!
Maria

Maria,
Yes I have just received an email. From your recent update, I understood that the appeal had not taken place - now I am told that it has but the decision has not been handed down? Is this correct? If so, we might hear in September? Fingers crossed and thanks for the message.
