Typhoid vaccination - possible from a private clinic?

I have a tajeta sanitaria and have a prescription for a typhoid vaccination but apparently these are in extremely short supply in cadiz province and the farmacia don't think they can get it for me before a trip in November.
Is there anywhere that you can obtain these jabs privately? We are going to Cuba and they have had an outbreak of typhoid apparently so although the vaccine is advisory I would rather have it if possible.
any ideas?

I would go to the closest private hospital and ask for it there. If they don't have it they can order it and you pay directly in the hospital.
