I am trying to contact the above Lawyer. E-Mails just bounce back. Is she still there? Are they still there?

She was representing us in relation to our abortive purchase Almanzora Country Club, and dropped out of touch.

A new email address would be great!

Sorry.  When I am next passing I will  try to remember to have a look.  A lot of the businesses - estate agents and law firms - have long gone from Bourganvillas.

Incredible bargains.   You have to be careful - there is a lot of rubbish especially around Vera Playa - but there are fantastic properties of all descriptions and to suit all pockets around Mojacar, Palomares, Villaricos.   French seem to be buying, and certainly properties are selling but at rock bottom prices.   Only new builds are where the banks are finishing off bankrupt sites.   Long way to go before a pick up, but if you want something, I would say have a look around.   For what you were going to pay at ACC you can get a front line (older style) apartment in Villaricos - and still have plenty of change!!!
